Verato accurately identifies patients across different systems to reduce healthcare costs. Our website solution simplified their complex technology with humanized product scenarios.

It helps C-level prospects solve pointed IT problems, resulting in converting multiple large heathcare systems to clients in the first three months of launch.

Leveraging product manager interviews, my direction led the team in creating a clear written and visual story for their complex platform across the website.

Using digital tools, I facilitated over a dozen remote client work sessions for IA, UX, and visual design for fast approvals. Through problem identification, I helped stakeholders strategically align to meet the product launch deadline.

The result is a marketing website that showcases both the benefit for the patient and the healthcare provider to connect the dots of the software solution’s capabilities.

The product also allows the Verato in-house design team to continue its brand evolution. It features variable components in WordPress, giving the ability to test and iterate based on analytics and client feedback.
